We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, and pick up for Click & Collect orders. To comply with our return policy, we require customers to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) for all return requests. This helps ensure that your return is processed efficiently and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
  • We offer refunds, credit notes, and exchanges for full-priced products.
  • The garments must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags and packaging still intact.
  • Includes full-price items with a promotional code applied at checkout.
    Excludes items purchased with a discount code during promotional events.
  • Excludes items in our sale section that are on markdown.
  • Delivery costs will not be refunded or credited unless required under any applicable law.
SALE ITEMS
  • Items purchased on sale are eligible for a credit note or exchange only.
  • This includes any item that has been marked down with strike-through pricing.
  • We reserve the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the sale period.

FINAL SALE
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • This includes marked-down items with a further discount at checkout or as marked in promotional periods.

EXCHANGES

We offer free online size exchanges within 14 days of delivery in Australia only. If the size is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item's eligibility. MANNING CARTELL does not cover postage costs for international orders. Delivery costs will not be refunded or credited unless required under any applicable law.

REFUNDS

If your order is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method. Postage for change-of-mind purchases is to be covered by the customer. International orders that have unpaid duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery costs will not be refunded or credited unless required under any applicable law. ACCESSORIES & FOOTWEAR

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Shoes must not have markings or scratches on the soles. We suggest trying on shoes on soft surfaces such as carpet.

RETURN TO A BOUTIQUE

Return or exchange your online purchase at any MANNING CARTELL Boutique, free of charge. Ensure you bring your tax invoice that was included in your delivery with you for proof of purchase. Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment or exchanged.

REPAIRS

At MANNING CARTELL, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We’re pleased to offer complimentary repair services on select styles within six months of purchase, subject to evaluation.

  • Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
  • Repair timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue and fabric availability

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER?

If you’re eligible for a return, simply submit your request through our Returns Portal. Please have your order number ready—this can be found in your confirmation email. To ensure smooth processing, all returns must include:

  • Proof of purchase (your receipt or order confirmation)
  • - Your returns confirmation number written clearly on the front of the parcel
  • Your full name included with the return

For change-of-mind purchases or international returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

  • MANNING CARTELL does not cover the cost of returns
  • Any unpaid international duties or taxes will be deducted from your refund

You can return your parcel using:

CAN I RETURN IN-STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made at our MANNING CARTELL boutiques, we offer credit notes or exchanges on full-priced items only, provided the following conditions are met:

  • - Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • - Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt
  • - Jewellery and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • - Lay-by cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to the deposit amount
  • - In-store purchases can only be returned to a MANNING CARTELL boutique

Please note:
- Sale purchases made in-store are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is deemed faulty by our team

- MANNING CARTELL is not liable for garments damaged as a result of external dry cleaning services.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note once an order has been placed, we are not able to accept any cancellations. It is our priority to process orders as quickly as possible and as a result, we are not able to cancel any orders before or after shipping.

Once you have received your order and decided to return it, please read and follow our return policy as stated above.

HOW DO SPLIT PAYMENT RETURNS WORK? (AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY, ETC).

If you’ve purchased using Afterpay or ZipPay, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total
  • This fee only applies to orders placed via Afterpay or ZipPay

HOW TO RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

MANNING CARTELL does not cover the cost of International Returns/Exchanges. Once approved by a team member at MANNING CARTELL, you can arrange your return with any courier of your choice.

Please ensure to include your order number, full name and tracking number on the label.

MANNING CARTELL is not responsible for duties and taxes and these charges are also non refundable, other than for an item confirmed faulty. Please contact your local customs office to confirm fees and information regarding import taxes prior to placing an order.

International orders that have unpaid duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery costs will not be refunded or credited unless required under any applicable law.
