We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders over $399 AUD. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro only):

• Available on orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Rates start from $15 AUD based on your postcode.
• Delivered via FLASH/UBER, with redelivery fees applicable if no one is available to receive the parcel.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During promotional events or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

While we always strive for timely delivery, MANNING CARTELL is not responsible for shipping delays once a parcel has been handed over to the courier. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. You can also track your order at any time using the link provided. Please see the freight options specific for your country.

United States:

We now offer a simplified shopping experience for our US customers — all duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. No hidden fees.

Other International Destinations:

For most countries, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. MANNING CARTELL is not liable for these fees, these fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable (unless your item is confirmed faulty).
• International orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties will have any return fees deducted from the total refund.
• Online orders are not processed on Australian Public Holidays or weekends.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Relations team within 8 hours of placing your order.

• Within Australia: Please call us directly to ensure the fastest possible support.
• From overseas: Email us at info@manningcartell.com.au with “Cancel Order” clearly stated in the subject line.

Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

To protect our customers and business from online fraud, MANNING CARTELL reserves the right to cancel or temporarily place a hold on any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction may be fraudulent.

In these cases, we will make every effort to contact the purchaser via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. You may be asked to provide proof of identity to verify the order before it is released for dispatch.

If we are unable to make contact or if the requested verification is not received—or does not meet our requirements—MANNING CARTELL reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.
