Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any exclusions that may apply.
To submit a withdrawal request, please email info@manningcartell.com.au and provide your full name, order number and details of the item(s) you wish to withdraw from. Once your request has been received, we will send you a confirmation email to verify your request before it is processed.

What Happens Next?
After submitting your request, you will be asked to review and confirm your withdrawal request.
Once confirmed:
- We will send an email acknowledging receipt of your request.
- Our Customer Relations team will review your request and contact you regarding any next steps.
Where applicable, return instructions will be provided. - Please note that submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically complete the return of goods. Any items must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and any instructions provided by our Customer Relations team.
